JSCo "RZD" HR Management strategy
The Company implements the JSCo "RZD" Human Resource Development Strategy approved by Order No.2501p issued by JSCo "RZD"on December 9, 2016. It defines the strategic objectives, functional tasks, key focus areas and relevant activities in the area of human resource management taking into consideration the development of the Company.
The Company’s staff plays a key role in the process of development of the Strategy starting from the point of design and participation in the working groups engaged in preparation of the strategy to the point of Strategy deployment, participation in the strategic sessions and monitoring of the implementation of the Strategy.
The staff acts as a key factor in the process of achieving strategic goals of JSCo "RZD". And, taking into consideration the role and status of JSCo "RZD" which is the major employer in the country, the strategy implemented in relation to the social and HR issues ensures employment appeal and effective cost management as well as positive social responsibility to the employees and the State as a whole.
