Registration of travel documents in the Russia – North Korea message is carried out only in international ticket offices on the territory of Russia, in North Korea – Russia services - through the ticket offices of the country from which passengers depart. Sale via the Internet is not made.

Services are available to Tumangan station on trains and carriages operated by the Federal Passenger Company.

Indicated are single fares per passenger in the fare currency. When buying tickets at ticket offices of the Federal Passenger Company, Russian Railways and authorised agents, the fares are recalculated at the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and paid in roubles.

The fare indicated takes into account the current reduction in the level of luggage charges (ticket cost) in Russia and Korea in the amount of 30% and from the cost of a reserved seat/berth in the carriages of the Federal Passenger Company in the amount of 45%.
