Our website offers a service for booking a ticket for the services involving the arrangement of road transportation from/to the railway station of the city of Adler to settlements of the Republic of Abkhazia (Gagra, Pitsunda, Gudauta, Novy Afon, Sukhum) on the electronic miscellaneous charges receipt (the "Ticket").
Please note that this functionality is available on the https://eng.rzd.ru website and the RZD Passengers mobile app.
The transportation is organized by ANO "ETD" (www.transdir.ru or 8 (800) 250-18-04, +7 (940) 744-00-00).
The Ticket can be booked simultaneously with an electronic travel document for railway transport (the "entire ticket"). The "entire ticket" can be booked commission-free for individuals using their bank card.
By purchasing the "entire ticket" on our website, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed below.
As a user of the website, you acknowledge your legal right and competence and your financial viability, and are also aware of the responsibility for the obligations imposed on you as a result of accepting hereof.
If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of this offer, s/he is not allowed to book and pay for an electronic travel document and a ticket.
This offer contains all the essential terms and conditions covering the sale of an electronic travel document and a ticket, boarding and travelling by rail and by road.
1. Rules for booking an electronic travel document and a Ticket on the website
The "entire ticket" can be booked not later than 24 hours before the beginning of bus travel.
Tickets can be booked less than 24 hours before the start time of bus ravel by applying to the Dispatch Center of ANO "ETD" (www.transdir.ru or 8 (800) 250-18-04, +7 (940) 744-00-00).
The "entire ticket" can be booked not later than 1 hour before the train departure from the passenger’s boarding station.
Before booking your "entire ticket", you must either undergo authentication on the website or register. You should remember your personal password in order to view information about your orders. Personal password is a confidential information.
When placing an "entire ticket" purchase order, details of the proposed journey and personal data of each passenger must be entered in the relevant fields. The user making the order bears full responsibility for entering the correct travel details and personal data of each passenger.
"Entire tickets" are issued at adult fares as well as free of charge to children aged up to 5 years. The child’s age is that on the first day of the trip.
In case a train ticket is booked for a child aged under 5 at the "child" fare with a separate seat in a rail car, the free of charge ticket for transportation by road may be issued in a booking office only. The travel of children aged under 5 years is issued on a separate form.
A free of charge Ticket with a separate seat can be booked for children aged under 5 years.
No more than 4 "entire tickets" showing the personal data of 4 passengers can be issued on one order.
The "entire ticket" cannot be booked when the Express system is down for technical reasons.
2. Entering passenger data
Please fill in carefully the details of all the passengers on the order. Check once again that the information you entered is correct before beginning the payment procedure.
The passenger’s personal data must comply with the data specified in his/her identity document. If the personal data in the document is given in two languages (using Russian and Latin alphabet), information must be entered in Russian when filling in orders.
When booking "entire tickets", a birth certificate can be used only for the Russian Federation citizens under 14 years of age.
In the event of an error in the personal data of the passengers or their identity documents, you must enter the corrected information before making your payment.
The person making the order bears full responsibility for entering the correct travel details and personal data of each passenger.
Please be aware that in the event of an error when entering the identity document numbers or other personal data, the passenger will be unable to travel by rail and by road.
3. Paying for an "entire ticket"
Paying for an "entire ticket" can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro bank cards issued by international payment systems Visa International and MasterCard International as well as a bank card issued by Mir, a national payment system. Payment by bank card is made after order verification and confirmation by routing to the payment gateway of the bank VTB (PJSC). You will have 12 minutes to make the order payment and enter your bank card details. If you exceed this set time, your order will be cancelled.
When paying for the order, the following bank card details must be entered: first name and surname of the bank card holder, the card number, card expiry date and the card’s three-digit code (CVV2 or CVC2). For details of online payments using your bank card, or reasons why your payment has been rejected, please first of all contact your bank’s support service.
The security of the payment procedure is ensured by SSL, a protocol for encrypting traffic sent over the Internet.
Peculiarities of Payments Made Using Visa Electron and Maestro:
- Make sure that your card has the CVV2 (CVC2) code on the reverse side of the bank card.
- To the Attention of holders of cards issued by foreign banks! In accordance with the requirements of international payment systems, in order to improve security when making payments, 3D Secure/Secure Code technology (a special technology for making secure payments on the Internet) is used. If your bank does not have the appropriate certificate for using this technology, you may not be able to make your payment. If your payment is rejected, please contact customer support at the bank that issued your card.
In accordance with the requirements of 3D Secure/Secure Code technology, when paying for the order, the Issuing Bank may require the Cardholder to undergo additional identification.
If for some reason you failed to receive a confirmation of your order, go to "My Orders" before making a repeat order and ensure that the order was in fact not processed.
In case of any disputes about the debiting of funds when paying for "entire tickets", you should contact the bank which issued your card (the phone number is given on the reverse side of your card). VTB (PJSC) is an acquirer bank (it provides services involving transactions made using payment cards), phone 8 (800) 100-24-24.
4. Obtaining an "entire ticket"
After paying for your "entire ticket", an electronic miscellaneous charges receipt "ticket for the services involving the transportation by road" is generated, which lists the number of ticket and the number of receipt (14 digits).
Be sure to print out the electronic miscellaneous charges receipt for boarding a bus.
The user who is booking an "entire ticket" acts on behalf of all passengers on the order, for which reason all passengers on the order are deemed to be informed of the conditions of boarding and travel by rail and by road.
5. Passenger boarding
Attention! The transportation by road is organized by Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Unified Transport Directorate".
When boarding the automobile transport, passengers should produce the identity document specified in the electronic miscellaneous charges receipt and the electronic miscellaneous charges receipt in hard copy.
The "entire ticket" cannot be transferred to other persons. The "entire ticket" resales are not allowed.
- children under 5 years should travel by rail without occupying a seat in case a free of charge electronic travel document is issued for them;
- children under 5 years can travel by rail with occupying a seat in case an electronic travel document is issued at the child fare;
- children under 5 years can travel by road with occupying a separate seat in case a free of charge Ticket is issued.
When travelling by road, a passenger may bring hand luggage of no more than 30 kg with the size not exceeding 120 cm in three dimensions free of charge.
Transportation of animals is prohibited.
6. Refunds on unused electronic travel document and Ticket
Unused "entire tickets" can be returned:
- on the website of JSCo "RZD";
- at the booking office.
Attention! Unused "entire tickets" can be returned:
- in case a Ticket is returned not later than 1 hour before the train departure and not later than 12 hours before the beginning of transportation by road, the return charge is 61 rubles 60 kopeks;
- an electronic travel document may be returned in accordance with the E-Ticket Return Rules available on the website of JSCo "RZD".
The Ticket and the electronic travel document ("entire ticket") should be returned simultaneously.
Both the entire order and a particular "entire ticket" of the order may be returned.
Unused "entire tickets" can be returned at a booking office which carries out the return of tickets on presentation of the electronic miscellaneous charges receipt and the identity document which number is shown on the "entire ticket" within the deadlines set for their return.
Passengers are entitled to return unused "entire tickets" to a booking office within 5 days from the time of the train departure or the beginning of transportation by road, as specified in the "entire ticket", due to illness or accident, provided that they present supporting documents, using the complaint procedure.
If an unused "entire ticket" is returned within a prescribed period, the return charge is deducted (for each seat).
Refunds for unused "entire tickets" can be made only in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Refunds of unused "entire tickets" are credited to the bank card used to pay for the ticket within the periods specified by the rules of the payment systems (from 7 to 30 calendar days from the time the passenger requests a refund).
Attention! To settle claims for refunds related to returned unused travel documents and tickets which have not been credited to your bank card, you should send a claim in writing to the bank which issued your card.
Attention! In case an unused free of charge "entire ticket" booked for children under 5 is returned, no return fee is charged.
Our website does not provide for:
- reservation of seats without paying the fare;
- booking "entire tickets" for categories of citizens entitled to discounts.
