It is located on 17.5 hectares in the central part of Yekaterinburg and includes 63 objects of non-residential, industrial, and warehouse real estate.

Freight work at the facility was stopped by the decision of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport in 2014 and redistributed to other stations of the Yekaterinburg transport hub.

The sale price was 3.8 billion rubles with an initial cost of 2.3 billion rubles. The winner was recognized as LLC "Specialized developer "Sinara-Development".

"The microdistrict is promising for residential and public-business development in accordance with the best practices of creating a comfortable urban environment.
