Preservation of the technological unity of the railways of the countries of Eurasia is one of the priority objectives of the CIS Council of Railway Transport, as well as specialized international organizations and associations.
Work in these formats helps us create favorable regulatory conditions of the market of international logistics, increasing the commercial attractiveness of the Holding Company’s transport and logistics services.
The INTERTRAN project, which was launched last year at the Asia-Pacific Assembly of the International Union of Railways (UIC from the French), has reduced the total cargo clearance time to 4 days.
Convention on international direct railway traffic was adopted within the framework of the Organization for Cooperation of Railways and is aimed at alleviating the accumulated regulatory barriers, which arise in the interaction of railways with various regulatory norms and railway gauge width.

Successful efforts and results are made within the framework of representing Russian Federation in the BRICS Business Council.
A mechanism for regular meetings of the heads of railway administrations operates on the venue of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SOC). One of the long term goals of this work is the future connection of the railway systems of the SOC member states into a single railway network, which will open up entirely new opportunities for organization of transport processes.
