Rashid Saybatalov

Deputy Managing Director, Head, Central Traffic Management Directorate

Rashid Saybatalov was born on 19 December 1966.

He graduated from the Ural Electrical Mechanical Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in Railway Transportation Management in 1989.

In 2006, Saybatalov graduated from the Perm State Technical University with a degree in Economics and Management in Mechanical Engineering.

He began his career in 1984 as an apprentice operator in the technical office at Chusovskaya station at Sverdlovsk Railways. After graduating, , he worked from 1989 to 2011 as a deputy station chief, station head, head of the transport department and deputy head of the Perm branch of Sverdlovsk Railways, first deputy chief and head of the Perm branch of Sverdlovsk Railways, head of the Transport Service of Sverdlovsk Railways, deputy head of Sverdlovsk Railways and a transportation branch of Russian Railways and head of the Sverdlovsk Directorate of Traffic Management at the Central Directorate of Traffic Management.

Since June 2011, Saybatalov has been the first deputy head of the Central Directorate of Traffic Management, a branch of Russian Railways.

In December 2016, he was appointed head of Kuibyshev Railways, a branch of Russian Railways.

In October 2020, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Russian Railways and head of the Central Directorate of Traffic Management.

Saybatalov has been awarded the badge Honorary railway employee and has an MBA.
