Two international passenger trains to run between Russia and Belarus from 23 March

In accordance with the notice of the Belarusian Railway and in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection from March 23, only two passenger trains will continue to run between Russia and Belarus - from Moscow and from St. Petersburg.

Among other things, the train No. 2/1 Minsk - Moscow and No. 52/51 Brest, Minsk - St. Petersburg remains.

The rest of the trains, including No 4/3 Brest to Moscow, No 28/27 Brest to Moscow, No 40/39 Polotsk to Moscow, No 56/55 Gomel/Mogilev-Moscow, No 84/83 Gomel to St. Petersburg, No 96/95 Brest - Moscow, No. 250/249 Hrodna/Minsk- St. Petersburg will be suspended. The movement of all non-stop and trailer cars with them will also be suspended.

From March 21, the regular train formation of "FPC" No. 7/8 by Moscow-Brest communication stops running regularly. According to the schedule, it will leave Moscow only on April 23, 29 and May 1, as well as on April 24, April 30 and May 2 - from Brest.

The resumption of international passenger services and direct and trailer carriages between Russia and Belarus will be announced in due course.

Unused tickets for cancelled trains can be returned without incurring any additional charges and fees within six months of cancellation. In order to obtain refunds, passengers must contact a rail ticket office in the country where they purchased the ticket. Passengers can submit electronic tickets using the web resources through which they initially purchased the tickets.
