Krasnoyarsk Railways

Operating length – 3,157.9 km. The main line of Krasnoyarsk Railways passes through Kemerovo Oblast, the Republic of Khakassia, Irkutsk Oblast and Krasnoyarsk Krai, forming a link between Russia’s European and Far East regions and Asia.

Krasnoyarsk Railways is managed from Krasnoyarsk.

The most unique feature of the Krasnoyarsk Railways main line is the bridge across the River Yenisei, which in 1900, along with the Eiffel Tower, was awarded the Grand Prix and Gold Medal of the World Exhibition in Paris for architectural excellence and superior workmanship.
