Passengers on trains operated by the Federal Passenger Company, a subsidiary of the RZD Holding, will have a choice of 30 officially licensed products, including traditional essentials for the football fans, such as badges, bracelets, balls and scarves etc.

Other souvenirs with railway themes will also be available, including glass and cup holders with the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ logo, toys, magnets, keyrings in the form of the FIFA official mascot, magnets with images of Russian cities and much more besides.

The “Sapsanshop” on aboard the Sapsan and Lastochka trains now also offers a wide range of licensed goods, including the FIFA’s desktop Monopoly game, headgear, umbrellas with original designs, children's products, toys and puzzles etc.

Russian Railways will be expanding the range of products available.

The matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ will be held from 14 June to 15 July 2018 in 11 cities across Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Sochi, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg and Saransk.

It is expected that the most popular services among fans will be the passenger trains between Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Sochi and Samara.

In order to meet the demand from fans for free transportation, 728 trips of additional trains capable of carrying 440,000 people will be laid on along 30 different routes.

To date, more than 220,000 seats have already been booked, so the take-up is now over 50%.

To qualify for free travel, fans must purchase tickets for the FIFA 2018™ World Cup matches and register for a Fan ID.

Trains offering free transportation for fans will consist of comfortable compartment carriages equipped with air conditioners and environmentally friendly toilet complexes, as well as a dining car.

During the period of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, Russian Railways will be increasing the number of Sapsan trains running between Moscow and St. Petersburg.

From 15 June to 13 July 2018, Sapsan trains Nos. 762, 763 and 764, which usually only run on Saturdays and Sundays, will operate on a daily basis.
