Russian Railways to begin service to send small loads at 111 railway stations

By the end of March 2018, the service for sending small packages and letters on the system "From the station to the station" will begin to function at the 111 largest railway stations of JSC "RZD". The weight of the parcel should not exceed 30 kg, and the sum of three measurements - not more than 180 cm. The cost of sending a small cargo will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the specific station and will be from 350 rubles.

Information on the location of the points of reception and delivery of cargo luggage will be placed on special indexes, information stands, posters and be announced by loud-speaker communication.

By the summer of 2018, the service of sending small loads will appear at 29 railway stations: Rtishchevo, Tambov, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Liski, Gryazi-Voronezh, Michurinsk-Uralsky, Stary Oskol, Saratov-1, Volgograd-1, Chelyabinsk, Miass, Kropachevo, Magnitogorsk, Kurgan, Orenburg, Buzuluk, Orsk, Barabinsk, Barnaul, Belovo, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk-Main, Omsk, Taiga, Tomsk-1, Prokopyevsk, Topki.
