Allegro Trains Will Be Switching to Winter Standard Time

In connection with the transition of Finland to Standard Time for winter from October 25, 2015, to March 26, 2016, a new schedule for Allegro trains has been established. In Finland, schedules will indicate Eastern European Time and in Russia they will indicate Moscow Time:

*****In Russia, tickets for the Allegro train go on sale 60 days before departure; you can purchase them ticket counters or at all terminals selling tickets for international railways.Allegro is composed of seven cars. Its maximum operating speed train is 220 km/h. Tilting technology of up to 8° on curves ensures that the train doesn’t have to slow down, reversing the effect of centrifugal force. All train equipment was built according to specifications of the EU and Russia. All border and customs formalities are carried out onboard the Allegro train. When crossing the state border between Russia and Finland, passengers must have valid passports and visas.
