Aleksandr Misharin: "More than 20% of the Company’s revenue comes from international business"
"International business is just as important to Russian Railways as its domestic side," said Alexander Misharin, the First Deputy Managing Director of Russian Railways.
Misharin was speaking during the roundtable PRO Marketing and Sales of Rolling Stock: Equipment for Export, which was being held as part of the International Railway Salon of the 1520 Space PRO//Movement. EXPO in Scherbinka in Greater Moscow.
According to the First Deputy Managing Director, the Russian Railways holding derives 21% of its revenues from its international business.
At the same time, Misharin stressed that in order to be competitive on foreign markets, the Holding also puts forward comprehensive proposals along with the modernisation of infrastructure, including the supply of technologies and transport engineering products, as well as service solutions.
