Temporary changes regarding train No. 453/24 Paris-Moscow
Due to a landslide between Kehl and Karlsruhe in Germany, train No. 453/24 Paris-Moscow operated by the Federal Passenger Company, a subsidiary of Russian Railways, will follow a modified route.
On 18 August 2017, train No. 453/24 Paris-Moscow will depart from Paris Est station at 18:58 local time as per timetable and will run to Germany via Forbach instead of Strasburg.
Passengers with tickets for departure from Strasburg railway station may take a bus to Forbach free of charge. The bus departs from Strasburg station at 23:25 and arrives at Forbach railway station at 00:45 on 19 August.
Passengers with tickets for departure from Karlsruhe station on 19 August can travel on train IC 478 to Mannheim railway station, where they will be able to board train No. 453/24 Paris-Moscow. Departure from Karlsruhe is at 00:21. Tickets for train No. 453/24 are valid for transit on IC 478.
