RU EN

Russian Railways has signed a trilateral agreement on cooperation in the health sector with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and Russia’s own Agency of the Far East for Attracting Investment and Supporting Exports.

The agreement was signed on the margins of the Eastern Economic Forum and aims at implementing a joint project to establish a Russian-Japanese Centre for Preventive Medicine and Diagnostics in Khabarovsk.

The parties intend to cooperate on attracting investments to develop the Centre, as well as to maintain and improve the health of citizens and improve the quality of medical services.

It is planned to open similar centres on the bases of other institutions which are part of the health care network RZD Medicine, including in Russia’s Far Eastern region.
