Train Deluxe Class No. 11/12 Alexander Nevsky Moscow – Saint Petersburg

The branded train "Alexander Nevsky" is a genuine hotel on wheels offering the highest levels of service and including VIP-coaches, sleeping cars and compartments.

The VIP coach has two-berth compartments more than twice the size of conventional compartments with a comfortable convertible sofa and a retractable upper berth, along with a separate compartment for a shower and environmentally friendly toilet.

There are two types of sleeping cars, one with vertical, the other with horizontal berths. In the cars with vertical berths there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower between every two compartments. In the cars with horizontal berths there are 8 compartments and 2 bathrooms.

VIP cars and sleeping cars are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning and passengers can enjoy satellite TV, wireless internet access, cold and hot food, drinks and the latest newspapers.

Cars with 4-berth compartments also offer high service levels. Each compartment has satellite TV and internet access. Passengers can order food and drinks from the restaurant car with delivery to their compartment.

All trains are equipped with video surveillance and an alarm system to ensure passenger safety.

Train No. 11/12 Alexander Nevsky departs from St. Petersburg on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 23:30 and arrives in Moscow at 7:10.

It departs from Moscow on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 23:30, arriving in St. Petersburg at 7:40.
